Dreams from the LORD 2011-2016
24 October 2013
Last night I had a dream where I was on this ship. It may have been an American aircraft carrier. There were thousands of people on this ship. Barack Obama was walking around and talking with the people on the ship.
Then Obama asked, “Should I resign?”
Two people raised their hands and said that he should not resign. The rest of the people on the ship said nothing.
Then Ted Kennedy stood up and began making a speech about his family and some other things. That is all I remember about the dream.
Ted Kennedy passed away a few years ago, so I wondered why a dead man was talking to the people. Ted Kennedy plus the fact we were on a ship in the water might mean that Obama’s presidency is dead in the water.

The Emperor Has No Clothes
Here is a great comment by Joni; it is from a post on John McTernan’s Insights:
John, I know you show us time and time again that Obama is making himself a laughing stock, and is getting weaker and weaker. But it appears to me that he just doesnt care. I mean a Narcisist such as he is doesn’t see it, and if he possibly sees it, it can’t possibly be true if its a negative about him. As long as he gets his adoration and golfing in, he seems to be rolling merrily along. Thats how it appears to me anyways. he reminds me of that fable we learned as a kid, where the Emperor wanted his new clothes, and the weaver pretended to weave a beautiful fabric such as no one had ever seen before, yet there really was nothing there. It seems none of us have ever seen such arrogance and non concern by a politician in our lifetime, I know I have not.
God surely chose the right man for the job. It seems strange to me in a way, that as full of himself as he is, he does not realize he is being used by God for God’s ultimate good, and one day he will be shown I guess. We should pray for the man, it won’t be allah he has to answer to, tho thats what he thinks now.
Very thankful we have this insight.
God Bless us all,
Joni

Barack Obama and his Cabinet
Obama is naked because he is not washed in the Blood of Jesus and is not covered by the Presence of God. Obama’s sin blinds him to his own nakedness.
Revelation 3: 17: “Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked.”
The People Shall Be Oppressed 7 comments
I was reading Isaiah Chapter 3 earlier today and it reminded me of what has happened to the United States in the past twenty years. When people turn their backs on God, “the people shall be oppressed”. If the people of the United States would repent of their sins and turn back to God with their whole heart, then the Lord will heal this land.
Isaiah 3: 1-12:
“For, behold, the Lord, the LORD of hosts, doth take away from Jerusalem and from Judah the stay and the staff, the whole stay of bread, and the whole stay of water, The mighty man, and the man of war, the judge, and the prophet, and the prudent, and the ancient, The captain of fifty, and the honourable man, and the counsellor, and the cunning artificer, and the eloquent orator. And I will give children to be their princes, and babes shall rule over them. And the people shall be oppressed, every one by another, and every one by his neighbour: the child shall behave himself proudly against the ancient, and the base against the honourable. When a man shall take hold of his brother of the house of his father, saying, Thou hast clothing, be thou our ruler, and let this ruin be under thy hand: In that day shall he swear, saying, I will not be an healer; for in my house is neither bread nor clothing: make me not a ruler of the people. For Jerusalem is ruined, and Judah is fallen: because their tongue and their doings are against the LORD, to provoke the eyes of his glory. The shew of their countenance doth witness against them; and they declare their sin as Sodom, they hide it not. Woe unto their soul! for they have rewarded evil unto themselves. Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings. Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him. As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.”
The Blessing of Brokenness 2 comments
This is from the Armor of God blog:
I live in a high and holy place, but also with him who is contrite…Isaiah 57:15b

Brokenness is actually a blessing, but too often we’re so caught up with wanting to feel better we miss God’s best for us. If you’re struggling . . . if you feel as if your faith is gone . . . don’t miss the blessing that comes with brokenness . . . Here’s a story that illustrates what I mean:
There was a young priest who was about to lift the communion cup and bless the cup. It was made of choice crystal. Just when he lifted up the cup, it slipped out of his hand and smashed in pieces onto the floor. He looked up at the senior priest thinking that he would be ridiculed. Instead the senior priest said, “I never knew there were so many beautiful pieces to reflect the light until the cup was broken. How marvelous and beautiful are all the pieces when the light shines on them!”
Like the cup, our broken lives can accentuate the beauty of the light shining through them. For that light is the Lord. What we fear is to be broken or be seen as broken; but as this story illustrates, it is in our brokenness that the light of Christ dazzles drawing attention to His beauty, and making our lives beautiful as a result.
In the book, Wild at Heart, John Eldredge writes, “But you can’t do this at a distance; you can’t ask Christ to come into your wound while you remain far from it. You have to go there with him.” It’s o.k. to be broken; it is our brokenness that we can bring to the Lord and experience His touch and healing, and bring hope to our broken hearts.

“God can take all the broken pieces and put it back together in a way that is good.” – Max Johnson
“God uses broken things. It takes broken soil to produce a crop, broken clouds to give rain, broken grain to give bread, broken bread to give strength. It is the broken alabaster box that gives forth perfume. It is Peter, weeping bitterly, who returns to greater power than ever.” ― Vance Havner

Three Witnesses
II Corinthians 13: 1: “In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.”
A few days ago, I was hitchhiking out of Mountain Home, Idaho and I got a ride with a guy all the way to the intersection just south of Bellevue. He told me that the Lord told him to move out of California ten years ago. He now lives with his family in Idaho Falls.
The next ride going north, this guy said that the Lord told him to pick me up; he gave me a ride to Hailey. He told me that he used to live and work in San Diego and had planned on retiring there with his wife. But then his wife began to have these dreams. In the dreams, she saw these Chinese soldiers attacking people in the United States (California?). So he and his wife left California a year ago and now live in Hailey. I asked him if the Chinese soldiers in his wife’s dreams were part of an invasion force. He said, no, that the Chinese soldiers were already here in the United States.
Yesterday I was walking out of Stanley, Idaho when this guy with a pickup and trailer stopped to give me a ride. His pickup and trailer were jam-packed with stuff, so it would have been hard for me to ride with him; I told him that I would get another ride. He told me that he was leaving Burney, California permanently and moving to Salmon, Idaho.
The Lord has been moving Christians out of California for a number of years now. I was hitchhiking in Idaho a few years ago and this guy from Winchester picked me up. He said that he had heard of many Christians leaving California for eastern Washington, northern Idaho and western Montana.
(I hitchhiked out of northern California on the 12th of May. I had been working for some friends for the past several months in Modoc County. Maybe that is the last time I will be in California.)
