I believe it was back in February or March that I had a very short dream. In the dream, there were two powerful beams of light coming from my eyes. Within a week of this dream, I was delivered from a demon (or demons) from my eyes. My eyes then became very sore. It was so painful, I couldn’t open my eyes because of the sunlight. I had to take some ibuprofen for a few days, just so I could use my eyes. Maybe you could call this Holy Ghost circumcision of the eyes.

“The eye is the lamp of the body; so then if your eye is clear, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light that is in you is darkness, how great is the darkness!” ~Jesus Matthew 6:22-23
Matthew 6: 22-23 does not apply to this situation. A curse was a broken and a demon was cast out. Obedience to the Lord is what breaks demonic bondage.

Your dream is definitely about the prophetic gift that the Lord has given you. The surgeon operates on your eyes so that you can convert (so to speak) from physical sight to spiritual/prophetic sight. I read that dream a while back; I linked it to this post:

I believe this dream (Eyes on Target) has more to do with intercession than with prophetic vision.
